Question 1

What print sizes do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer A5, A4, A3, A2, and A1. Not every artwork is available at every size — this depends on the resolution of the original file submitted by the artist.

Question 2

Can I get my print framed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can add a frame or mount at checkout when selecting your print. Framed prints ship ready to hang.

Question 3

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

Currently UK only. All orders are dispatched from our UK print partner with tracked delivery.

Question 4

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Prints are produced to order. Allow 3–5 working days for production, plus 1–3 days for delivery.

Question 5

Can I return a print?

Accepted Answer

Because every print is made to order, we don't accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's a problem with your order, email us at operations@meylt.co.uk and we'll sort it out.
