What Meylt does.
Meylt is a curated distribution and fulfilment platform for artist prints. We sit between the artist and the buyer, handling everything from production to delivery so artists can focus entirely on making work.
This is not a self-serve marketplace. Every artist on the platform has been reviewed and accepted. Every piece listed for sale has been individually approved.

Framing options handled end-to-end where selected by the customer.
Shipping
Packaging, carrier selection and tracked delivery managed by Meylt.

How to get on the platform.
Applications are open. Submit your work and we will review it personally against our curation standards. There is no algorithm. Every submission is assessed individually by our editorial team.
Acceptance is discretionary. We curate for quality, consistency and positioning within the platform. Quality and editorial standards apply to every piece.

Meylt controls all retail pricing across the platform. This ensures consistency, premium positioning, and a fair relationship between production cost and sale price. Artists do not set or modify pricing.

No discounts
A fixed pricing philosophy. No sales, no promotional codes, no race to the bottom.
What you earn.
Commission is calculated on the print selling price only, excluding VAT, based on the actual sale price at checkout with no deductions or hidden fees.

Commission is paid monthly covering the previous month's confirmed sales. No minimum payout threshold applies.
The tier system.
All artists normally enter at Curated. Tier progression is based on holistic review, not purely algorithmic or metric-driven. Reviews are ongoing and discretionary. Tier changes can occur in either direction, though downward movement is rare and preceded by discussion where possible.

Your work,
your choice.
By default, Meylt operates on a non-exclusive basis. Artists are free to sell their work elsewhere without restriction. Exclusivity is optional and entirely at the artist's discretion. It can be applied selectively to individual works or entire collections.

No obligation to remove work from other platforms or print-on-demand services.
Optional exclusivity
Exclusive works or collections may be considered positively in tier reviews and curatorial decisions.
Strategic lever
Offering exclusivity on key works can contribute toward progression to Featured or Signature tier.
We handle everything after the sale.
Once a customer places an order, Meylt takes full ownership of the production and delivery process. Artists have no involvement or responsibility in fulfilment. The work earns; everything else is ours to manage.

Produced and quality-inspected at our fulfilment partner.
Framing and mounting
Handled end-to-end where ordered by the customer.
Packaging
All protective materials selected and applied by Meylt.
Shipping
Carrier selection and tracked delivery management.
Aftercare

Meylt's responsibility
If an issue is caused by Meylt — production defects, transit damage, lost orders or incorrect fulfilment — we resolve it directly with the customer at no cost to the artist. Your commission is protected regardless.

All products are made to order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or provide refunds for buyer remorse. This policy is applied consistently and communicated clearly to customers at the point of purchase.

Payments
Monthly payouts.
No minimum.
Commission earned on sales in a given month is paid at the end of that month or in the first few days of the following month. Payments are processed via Stripe. There is no minimum payout threshold.

Monthly, covering the previous calendar month.

Payments sent via Stripe to your registered account.
Threshold
No minimum. You are paid regardless of the amount.
Visibility
Live sales data and accrued commission in your dashboard.

Uploading work to Meylt does not transfer copyright. Artists retain full ownership of all intellectual property. By uploading an approved work, you grant Meylt a non-exclusive licence to reproduce, print and sell that work in the formats available on the platform.
This licence is limited to the purpose of operating the platform and promoting your work within it. It does not extend to any third-party use.
Marketing use
Meylt may use approved artwork for marketing, editorial features and advertising, solely in the context of promoting your work on the platform.
